The 30 Day “Spring Clean Your Life” Challenge

Spring is a season of change, new beginnings, and fresh opportunities. The sun shines longer, the air feels lighter, and everything starts to bloom again—reminding us that growth is always possible. Just like nature transforms, we can use this season as a chance to reset, let go of what no longer serves us, and step into what’s next with a renewed mindset. There is so much to look forward to. Let’s make the most of this spring.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, uninspired, or just ready for something new, take this as your sign. This is your moment to reset. A fresh start. A chance to realign with who you’re becoming and the life you truly want to live.

This 30-day Spring Reset Challenge is all about decluttering—not just your space, but your habits, your thoughts, and your heart—so you can step into this new season lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

How It Works

Each week, we’ll focus on a different area—your space, your routines, your mindset, and your vision for the future. Small, intentional shifts that add up to a big transformation.

Week 1: Spring Clean Your Space (and Your Digital Life)

Your environment shapes your energy. If your space feels cluttered, heavy, or chaotic, your mind probably does too. Let’s clear it out.

Declutter with intention – If you haven’t worn it or used it in the last year, it’s time to let it go. Make space for the things you actually love.

Refresh your home – Wash your sheets, open the windows, rearrange your space, and bring in fresh flowers. Create an environment that feels peaceful and energizing.

Digital detox – Unsubscribe from emails you never read, delete apps that waste your time, and clean up your social media. If it doesn’t inspire you, why are you following it?

Set the vibe – Light a candle, get a cute new planner, add little touches that make your space feel like you.

Bonus Challenge: Unfollow any accounts that feed comparison and start curating a feed that actually lifts you up.

Week 2: Reset Your Routines & Habits

Now that your space is cleared, let’s focus on how you spend your time. Your habits shape your future, and spring is the perfect time to refresh them.

Check in on your routines – What’s working? What’s draining you? Simplify and create rhythms that support your best self.

Move daily, for you – Whether it’s pilates, strength training, or a long walk, make movement a non-negotiable.

Nourish yourself well – Fresh produce, whole foods, plenty of water, and meals that actually fuel you. Your body is a temple—treat it like one.

Be mindful of what you consume – And not just food. What are you watching, reading, and scrolling through daily? Is it feeding your soul or draining it?

Bonus Challenge: Try a new habit for seven days—journaling, waking up earlier, drinking more water, or spending the first 30 minutes of your day tech-free. See how it shifts your mindset.

Week 3: Clear Your Mind & Strengthen Your Faith

Your thoughts shape your reality. If you’ve been feeling heavy, anxious, or uninspired, this week is about clearing out the mental clutter and making space for peace.

Declutter your thoughts – Journal it out. What’s been weighing on you? What do you need to release?

Trade fear for faith – Spend extra time in scripture, prayer, or worship. Let go of what you can’t control and trust that God is already ahead of you.

Speak life over yourself – No more negative self-talk. Start replacing those thoughts with truth: I am worthy. I am enough. God’s plan for me is good.

Practice gratitude daily – Write down three things you’re thankful for every day. It shifts everything.

Bonus Challenge: Take a 24-hour social media detox. Use that time to be fully present—with God, with yourself, with real life.

Week 4: Align Your Goals & Step Into Your Best Self

Now that you’ve cleared space—physically, mentally, and spiritually—it’s time to dream bigger and step into the woman you’re becoming.

Check in on your goals – Look at the goals you set for yourself—do they still excite you? Do they reflect where God is leading you, or is it time to shift direction?

Create a vision for your next season – Where do you want to be in three to six months? What small steps can you take now to move toward that vision?

Set boundaries and protect your energy – Not everything or everyone deserves access to you. Say no to what drains you and yes to what fuels you.

Do something that makes you feel alive – Book the trip, start the project, take the risk. God didn’t create you to play small.

Bonus Challenge: Write a letter to your future self. Where do you want to be by summer? What advice would you give yourself right now? Invite God into it.

Let’s Reset Together

This is your fresh start. Your moment to realign. Whether you follow this challenge exactly or just take what resonates, the goal is simple: refresh, reset, and step into this new season as a better version of you.

Praying for you always,

Laura <3
